Ancon ST1 Heavy Duty Wall Ties

The Ancon Stairib Bar from Leviat is a stainless steel ribbed bar, resin-grouted into the inner and outer leaves. Requires 10mm Ø hole (6mm dia. bar) or 12mm Ø hole (8mm dia. bar).

Available in 6mm and 8mm diameters.

The Ancon Teplo-BF1 from Leviat is BBA-approved in lengths of 200mm, 225mm, 250mm and 275mm to suit cavities from 50mm to 150mm and has a thermal conductivity of 0.7W/mK.

The Ancon Teplo-BF3 from Leviat is BBA-approved in lengths of 450mm, 475mm, 500mm and 525mm to suit cavities from 301 to 400mm and has a thermal conductivity of 0.7W/mK.

The Ancon Teplo-BF4 from Leviat is BBA-approved in lengths of 200mm, 225mm and 250mm to suit cavities from 50mm to 125mm, and 550mm and 575mm to suit cavities from 401-450mm and has a thermal conductivity of 0.7W/mK.

Ancon Teplo-BF4

The Ancon Teplo-BFR from Leviat is a low thermal conductivity wall tie manufactured from basalt-fibres that features a plain end for resin anchoring into an existing structure and a moulded safety end for building into a new bed joint. Available in 16 standard lengths.

It is ideal for new-build cavity wall construction where mortar joints do not align e.g. thin-joint blockwork, or in retrofit applications where a new leaf of masonry and insulated cavity is being constructed against a pre-existing masonry or concrete wall.

Ancon Teplo-BFR

The Ancon Teplo-L-Tie from Leviat is an ultra-low thermal conductivity wall tie manufactured from basalt fibres set in a resin matrix.

The Ancon Teplo-L-Ties minimise heat loss across an insulated cavity, improving the energy efficiency of a masonry cavity wall.

Manufactured to suit any cavity from 50mm to 150mm, the Ancon Timber Frame Movement Tie from Leviat comprises a channel, a strip tie and a screw. This system accommodates maximum differential movement of 65mm; the tie should be positioned 10-12mm from the bottom of the channel.
